Dear Colleagues!
I am aware that the Board of Judges voted on Friday, 12/8/17 and approved the following procedure regarding the failure to use the new Ch13 Plan for any Ch13 case filed on December 1st, 2017, forward:
>failure to use the new Ch13 Plan will generate a DEFICIENCY NOTICE from the Court Clerk that must be cured within 14 days. Failure to satisfy the Deficiency Notice then the case will be dismissed by the Court Clerk. This is not an issue that will be initially raised by the Ch13 Trustees.
