Well he may want to hire us on the PI matter so I wanted input on how the PI case especially regarding damage to the car and possible recovery on the value of the vehicle may affect his bankruptcy, if at all. Thanks!

I had a pro per contact me to ask about his options. Filed Ch. 7 on Nov. 24 with his wife. On Nov. 30th they were in an accident (not their fault) that totaled the vehicle.. The loan is $6k but car may be worth $2k. Do they have the option of just paying the loan company $2k once they receive a settlement from the other drivers insurer? What, if any, options does he have on this car loan?
