of the estate to the Debtor isn't the homestead exemption hers? And that
the Confirmed Plan binds each creditor to the amount they were to get which

It's an argument certainly. It says both rights and powers. It's only one word, but "rights" would certainly may include proceeds.
Subject to any limitations on a trustee under this chapter, the debtor shall have, exclusive of the trustee, the rights and powers of a trustee under sections 363(b), 363(d), 363(e), 363(f), and 363(l), of this title.
