Mortgage Mod Program through BK Courts

I have an LA Chapter 13 case now pending that I believe would greatly
benefit from the mortgage mod program I recall hearing about at a cdcbaa
meeting last year.
Is there a way to direct the case to this program? My trustee is Dockery
and my judge is Klein. I need help with the process.
