Does anyone have a quick cite which generally addresses the non-dischargeability of attorney fees? My understanding is that when they are attached to a non-dischargeable claim, they are not dischargeable. When they are awarded based on a contract provision or other dischargeable claim, they are dischargeable. Looking for cites which start with this basic rule.
