In a chapter 11, when Corp debtor has subcontractors that need to be paid
or Debtor can't invoice its own Client for fees on that matter, will court
allow the prepetion sums owed to subcontractor to be paid in full? Is this
one of those "critical vendor" issues? Or priority? Or ? Trying to think of
the best way to get what we want.
