9011 motion against CH 7 trustee for repeatedly continuing 341

Do I need to give him 21 days' notice to "cure" before I file the motion? I
thought I read that somewhere but I can't find that now.
Case No. 2:17-bk-24851-BB
Trustee has continued the 341 for an amendment that is NOT actually
necessary. We are now on the 3rd continuance, I believe. (One of them was
not filed with the court, only mailed to me, so it only looks like 2). He
alleges that B and C don't "match." They do, and not only did I communicate
that with his office, but I also filed a Declaration stating the same.
Nevertheless, he just continued the matter for the 3rd time for amendments
that are not necessary.
I have repeatedly emailed his office and him and he refuses to respond to
my request for clarification as to why he believes the amendments are
necessary.
I called the UST who told me I need to write a formal letter to the UST's
office in order to lodge a complaint.
