Looking for Chapter 11 sample motions

1. Motion to sell work vehicle (outside of the ordinary course). This is s
business case, and the Debtor just wants to pay off the bank loan secured
by the vehicle and doesn't need the vehicle any more. There is little to no
equity.
2.Motion for postpetition attorney retainer.
3. Motion to enter into postpetition leases, agreements, contracts, etc.
