I am curious what context the debtor would use the bill in as it is my understanding it does not apply to individuals who have filed for bankruptcy protection.

Has anybody done such a motion for the Debtor? I'd appreciate getting the
case number. Did you use the mandatory forms? They don't seem to fit or
be open to changing them easily to fit this situation.
