Dischargeability of "Watts" charges (property division in family court)

W moves out of home. H maintains the residence and pays the mortgage for
5 years. In divorce court H gets a judgment against him owing W half the
rental value of the property over the last 5 years (i.e. $250 month for
5 years). This is factored from a family law case, In re Watts. It is
not support payments but property division payments. Is this debt
dischargeable?
