State Board of Equalization Taxes & Levy....Chapter 13

Dear Members:
May the State Board of Equalization levy the bank account of a debtor if
they are in bankruptcy and have not sought relief from stay in a Chapter 13
which has a plan that pays the taxes back? I checked 11 USC 362 and don't
see an exception for them.
