Closing C13 Requirements

Good morning all
I am ready to get a discharge on my first two chapter 13s on which I obtained a judgment on an adversary avoiding lien and the other an order on a motion. I know that I need to file the final order (form 4003-2.4 on the the motion case, but do I need to file anything on the adversary? I've gone through all the forms looking for a similar form for the adversary but cannot find one. The order provides for the creditor to reconvey, but I know they won't, I don't even think they are in business any longer.
I am also aware that I need to file the Debtor's Cert of Compliance 1328
Any guidance in closing the judgment case and getting the lien removed will be greatly appreciated.
