Lien Strip Objection

Good Morning Esteemed Practitioners;
I have a 2nd lender (Chase) objecting to a strip
lien on a primary residential house. They have attached a Brokers Price
Opinion in their objection; which says the value of the residential house is more
than the Debtors appraisal value. If someone has dealt with this, please be so
kind to give me the case number or case name.
