Sexual Harrasment & Dischargeability

Hello Listmates,
Is there was a clear answer regarding the dischargeability of sexual harassment claims and the accompanying attorney's fees. It looks like sexual harassment claims are dischargeable unless the creditor can show willful and malicious conduct. Has anyone had experience with this?
