Subject: [cdcbaa] Late Reaffirmation - Ford
Someone came to me today having failed to reaffirm a Ford vehicle debt and the
case has now been closed. Has anyone been able to reopen a case for purpose of
entering reaffirmation agreement? Alternatively, has anyone had any luck
negotiating with Ford under these circumstances. Thank you. Simon
