Bad question for Good Friday Costs in Chapter 13 when RARA is used

Chapter 13 Question:
I use the RARA for fees, charging the amount allowed. I just reread it
and it is silent as to costs. My fee agreement allows for costs for
postage and copying etc. I don't usually bother to charge it. However,
looking out at the stack of mail and copies about to go out, I realize
that will add up to a lot of money over time.
So my question: Can you put in for costs through the RARA? How do you
do that without doing a fee app?
I realize everyone's trying to get out for the weekend now, so I hope to
hear on Monday.
