This may not be ano asset case. The homestead in Colorado is almost nothing. Listing the property as held for another is not a slam dunk.

I have a Ch7 PC for LA division in what I believe is a no asset case but she has title & loan to a home in Colorado with $150,000 equity, but brother (also on the loan) has always lived in the home and has made all payments on the home from the beginning when parents and two siblings were on title...brother quitclaimed to PC in 2002 because PC had good credit enough to refinance the home; no HELOC or cash was taken out of the home as a result of refinancing...
How would the home be scheduled in B & C? Any other problems I should be aware of?
