Does the rental property have to be cash flow positive if plan cures
default and pays arrears in 60 months?
For example,
Contractual Mortgage Payment = $1,000
Arrears = $12,000; Payment towards the arrears = $200
Total payment to keep the property = $1,200
Rent collected = $1,100
Cash flow = ($100)
