Does the rental property have to be cash flow positive if plan cures default and pays arrears in 60 months?

Are there other creditors besides the mortgages on the rental? If so,
the negative is at their expense. It's up to the Chapter 13 Trustee to
object, assuming it is a 13 per the reference of 60 months.
