If a general partnership, no.
If a limited partnership, and your client not the general partner, then:
there may be a bk solution, but if already individually assessed and no tax court petition filed, may still be too late.
Likely you should send this case to a tax lawyer.

Subject: [cdcbaa] $100,000 is payroll taxes not paid
PC just came to me with about $100,000 in payroll taxes for
a partnership she co-owned in 2005 and 2006. The partner was supposed to make
sure the payroll taxes got paid, and did not. Is there a solution in
bankruptcy? Or is an Offer in Compromise the way to go?
I will be out of the office
from April 27 to May 2.
