Zero percent plan. Case was filed to save the house. Preconfirmation.
A credit card filed a proof of claim for $7,000. Debtor says this claim is
15-20 years old, clearly more than the California limit of 4 years for a
written contract.
Considering that the credit card will get nothing in a zero percent plan,
is there any reason to object to the proof of claim?
