Who Loans Money.....

Dear Members: I have a client who is aged in a Chapter 11, he basically is
losing everything. BUT he has a piece of property which he rents to
another company who runs a car wash on the property. The TENANT wants to
buy the land. Once the land and the business are merged the property will
be much more valuable. Does anyone know anyone who does this kind of
financing? Please email me off line. Tenant has another successful
car-wash and just needs to be able to borrow money to pay off the hard
money loan and property taxes owed on the property. In all we are looking
at about 700K
