Mwangi v. Wells Fargo Revisited...

Just saw that last month the BAP decision in the MWANGI v. Wells
Fargo case, regarding WF freezing funds in a debtor's account in
Chapter 7 cases being a violation of the automatic stay, was
essentially reversed by the District Court of Nevada (who
technically affirmed the bankruptcy trial court decision since I
guess you can't reverse a BAP decision).
Just in case some of you hadn't heard....
