Dear Listmates,
I have an client who has filed ch7, received discharge three weeks ago but case is not closed per Case History.
His loan mod request has been rejected by the first mortgage lender after 10 months of processing. Now that he wants to save his house by filing ch13 and pay arrearages over 60 months, can he file ch13 now or should wait until ch7 case closes?
