I have had good experiences with them. If I recall they are owned by US
Bank so they won't approve a redemption loan if original loan is with
US Bank. Client will pay a very high interest so it only makes sense if
car is extremely upside down.

would someone refresh my memory about 722 redemption? i remember learning
about it at NACBA convention in San Francisco several years back and it
seemed like a good back up tool if a C13 stripdown was not available.
but i can't remember how it works?

My Chapter 7 client brought me a mailer from a company called 722 redemption
and asked if I thought it was a good idea or not. I am familiar with
redemption process (of mostly cars) via section 722, but was wondering if
anyone had experience, good or bad, with this particular company.
Thank you for the input.
