Sequestration

Back in September 2012, Keith sent around a report of what the plan with the
courts was if the Sequester was allowed to take place. Fast forward 5
months, and here we are.
Are any of the gloom and doom cuts outlined in the plan going to take place,
or was it all just a scare tactic?
