Good Morning Everyone:
When a creditor brings an adversary under 727 of the Code, and the parties end up resolving the dispute, then the dismissal of the case has to be approved by the court on notice to all creditors.
Does anyone have a motion for such purpose? I cannot find a decent one.
Thank you in advance.

Good question. It probably depends on the strength of the case.

Dear Listserv, I recently settled a section 523(a)(2) adversary proceeding at 50%. I'd like to know if this was a good deal, or whether I could have negotiated the creditor to a lower percentage. Any experienced bk attorneys on the list who could throw out a "standard" or "average" percentage at which they typically settle 523(a)(2)s? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
