Opps, I should have said "there should be no objection re venue" I'm pretty
sure the banks are going to object.

Client is 3 years into 5yr a ch13; the case is pending in the Eastern
District of North Carolina. Client now lives in California and notified the
NC court of her change of address on 4/6/11. Client wants to file an
523(a)(8) adversary proceeding, here in the central district. There should
be no objection by the banks. We need a change in venue for the adversary
proceeding. Hardship is the core issue and going back to NC is just not an
option.
I believe the NC attorney needs to make the motion in NC to transfer venue
for the adversary proceeding. I don't see how I can initiate the venue
change with the adversary filing here. Do I have that right?
