Debtor resides at boyfriend's home. She pays rent to boyfriend which is an
amount equal to half his monthly mortgage on that property. No written
rental agreement. Payments are historical. Will this be a problem in
confirming her plan if there's no formal agreement? 35% plan. (I
understand there are arguments that she may have an "equitable interest" in
the property, but she is not asserting any interest and the rent payments
are reasonable ($1,200).
How does this arrangement affect her plan? She would have to pay rent
somewhere if not there, and it would be in the same range.
