Hi Mark:
I agree but this is a high maintenance case and I just don't know which way the fiery darts will come from. You know that saying "all of our clients make us happy, some when they come and some when they leave'? Well, not disparaging the client, I will be very happy to see this case wind up.
So. . . if anyone has every submitted a motion to extend the time to file the reaffirmation agreement . . . any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Re: Motion to Extend time to file Reaffirmation Agreement
I've never had a judge reject one of my client's a reaffirmation agreement for being filed after "the deadline". I even saw one approved postdischarge. Of course I generally recommend a against reaffirmation agreements other than Ford or Chrysler/TD Auto Finance if clients are current.

Chase wants a Motion to Extend the time to file the Reaffirmation Agreement filed by the debtor. Anyone heard of this or done one of these?
