The case has been confirmed with prior lawyer. I have not subbed in.
I am thinking that since my goal is to convert the case to chapter 7, I
won't be getting paid through the plan. In addition, for the same reason,
I must get paid for conversion work before conversion or not at all.
Since, the debtor is currently in a chapter 13 plan, any payment from the
estate must be approved by the court. However, if debtor's daughter can
pay me directly, I could get paid upfront without the need to apply for
court approval.
