Rule 60(b) (FRBP 9024) motion in closed case
Anyone here ever do a 60b motion to vacate a ruling in a case that's
already closed? Just wondering if a separate Motion to Reopen needs
to be filed, or does the filing of the 60b motion itself accomplish
that? The court's published policy says you don't need to reopen
the main case, but I want to be sure. Anyone ever do this?
