Hi Everyone,
I just received my ballot For the NACBA Board of Directors. Not
everyone knows those who are running so I thought I would put in a good
word for Reed Allmand who is running for an open seat on the board of
directors for NACBA.
I have known Reed for the past ten years as both a friend and colleague.
You may have heard him speak at one of the recent NACBA conventions.
He's passionate about consumer bankruptcy and has had his own successful
practice in Dallas-Fort Worth for the last 13 years. Reed has proven
himself to be an advocate for consumer bankruptcy attorneys nationwide
and has been a enthusiastic supporter of NACBA all along. A few years
ago I walked the halls of Congress with him during a NACBA Capital Hill
lobbying event and watched as he effectively lobbied Congress members
for legislation that would benefit us all.
Reed brings a unique understanding of what it takes to run a successful
bankruptcy practice and I believe he will be a big help to NACBA in
developing ways to improve the business climate for bankruptcy attorneys
throughout the country. He also happens to be a real nice guy with a
great wife and kids. If you're not sure who to vote for please consider
Reed Allmand for the open seat on NACBA's Board of Directors.
