Referral for Consumer Creditor Attorney

I have a client who sold a property to a family member, then took back a second lien on the property in 2007. Client is confident that the property is currently worth more than the amount of the first + second liens. Family member filed a chapter 13, but the case was recently dismissed.
Family member is not paying the loan and client wants to foreclose. Anyone here handle nonjudicial foreclosures for consumer creditors? Or know anyone who does?
