came across this in my research hours today, found when i reviewed a BAP decision in the case from 2010 [Markell, Jury, Montali].
The case was filed under chapter 13 10/15/2005.
The continued hearing on an objection to claim from EDD is on calendar before Judge Holman in Sacramento this very day.
That's early in the 8th year for the case and jsut past the third anniversary of the BAP ruling.
I offer no opinion regarding all this, just thought it interesting and worth a share.
