Your question does not make sense. Regular and Roth IRA contributions
need to be made by April 15. SEP IRA's by same date unless on extension, which then means by 10/15. If the refund has not been received yet when bk
filed, it is an asset of the estate. If it has been received, the debtorshould make intelligent use of the funds if there is not an exemption available
for the proceeds.

Dear List Mates:
Client may be due tax refund, which would not be protected under
exemption. Is there anyway to get the IRA deduction in advance or in coordination
with tax filing with the expected tax refund to protected said assets
