Jason,
My friend Chris Bucka is a commercial banker with International City Bank
in Long Beach, CA. They are a local community bank and he understand DIP
accounts and can set them up.

Having tried other banks, we just don't mess around anymore and ask our clients to use US Bank; specifically, the Pasadena branch and more specifically, David Lara. They're free to use whoever they want, of course, but we disavow any responsibility for the snafus down the line. This is actually what I would consider a trade secret up until now (because this makes the case a lot smoother) but I'm feeling generous today.
