Bankruptcy and Worldmark by Wyndham

Dear Members:
I have a client that has 130,000 Premier Elite Worldmark Timeshare points
which is costing him 768 a month to maintain, and he owes like 119,000 on
them. We want to file chapter 7. . .
We would list it on schedule D as they are secured, but couldn't I also
list the maintenance contract as a SCHEDULE G executory contract. . . so
that even though they don't take him off title right away, the REJECTION of
this executory contract covering the monthly maintenance would prevent him
from accruing responsibility for any further maintenance fees?
Whats wrong with my analysis?
