Hi all,
I am in touch with a group of attorneys that are seeking plaintiffs for a
class action against Wells Fargo for damages in relationship to their
practice of freezing Debtors bank accounts in Chapter 7 Bankruptcies. I
had a client who had scheduled cataract surgery but couldn't get the
surgery completed due to the fact that she had no available funds for her
co-pay because Wells Fargo froze her account. If you have any clients that
have had problems due to Wells Fargo, please let me know. Thank you.
