motions in a case.

I have attached a copy of the recorded public documents but what the other
side is objecting to is the property profile showing the encumbrances and
their recordation dates for purpose of prioritywhich the form requests.

Title Report for 522(f) motion

I am getting an evidentiary objection to a "title report" (basically a list
of consensual and non-consensual liens) obtained through a paid service
(DataTree.com). Would anybody have some ability to get a title report
that a title company will authenticate?
