I have a client that was assessed personally for BOE taxes of his
corporation. He was also assessed a civil fraud penalty to go along with
the corporate sales tax liability. Is the civil fraud penalty
dischargeable? I've done BOE tax cases before, but never with the "fraud"
penalty attached to it.
