LOAN MODIFICATION PROBLEMS

Would anyone please direct me to a case where Judge Albert approved the
TERMS of a loan modification? I am continuing to grow in my frustration in
explaining to loan servicers that the judges don't do it. . . but now I am
finding out that some do? If that's the case and you have had one approved
. . . what form did you use, or did you make a pleading. . . can you direct
me to a case so I can plagiarizer?
