Hi all,
Aki was kind enough to post a recording of the argument at the Ninth
Circuit on 3/19 in the case of In Re Danielson v. Flores.
Just a refresher: this is the case that Nancy Clark won last year before
the Ninth Circuit [kudos to Nancy Clark!!!] and Rod Danielson petitioned
for an en banc hearing.
Take the time to watch it; it was fascinating.
