My law practice focuses on representing businesses in the textile, garment, fashion and arts industries. I started doing mostly bankruptcy/collections/debt related work and now represent commercial clients with additional needs including license agreements; trademark/tradename/copyright matters; commercial leasing matters; and any other negotiations/contracts they may need as part of their business. I also do consumer chapter 7 & 13 work.
