Yes, no hearing is required unless a party in interest files an opposition and requests a hearing. It falls under LBR9013-1(o) matters that may be determined after notice of opportunity to request a hearing. The form that goes with it is F9013-1.2 Opportunity .Hearing Notice.

car. Form 3015-1.17 - Motion to Incur Debt -says on its
face that "no hearing required". I cannot find
justification for following this procedure in the
localrules, however. It is a WB case. Any thoughts
or experience (on the procedure)?
