Potential debtor is over median income for means test. His car lease ended a couple months ago, and he decided to just use public transit. But that makes him ineligible for Chapter 7
However, for 4 of the 6 months of the lookback period, he had vehicle ownership and operating expenses. Is there any way he can "prorate" those expenses for means test purposes, perhaps as a special circumstance? Or is he stuck with just the $189 public transit expense?
