The big question is do they have to turn over the check to the CH 13
Trustee if they receive it why still in Plan?
Or is WF sending the check to Trustee?

Several of my clients have also received these letters. I haven't heard

I have several CH 13 clients who have received mortgage settlement checks
from the outcome of the In Re Green - MD District BK case. In each case
they have received an amount in excess of $1000 but less than $2000. It
appears it has to to with errors in later fees and other accounting errors.
Question, Is the Debtor required to turn over these funds to the CH 13
Trustee? My immediate inclination is no because these are funds the debtor
paid out to WF. But I thought I would just check to see if anyone else has
received these letters from America Servicing Company..
