Real estate appraiser for voiding judgment liens

Depending on the Judge, you might be able to use a BPO? if you believe the
judgment creditors are not going to object.
I only used an appraiser to strip a 2nd and used a BPO to avoid judgement
liens. The Broker does have to sign a verification page with the estimated
value to the best of their professional knowledge.
