Jury Trials

Hello everyone,
Today, Judge Russell told asked someone if they were inexperienced because
they asked for a jury trial in a nondischargeability action.
He said, "Bankruptcy Court's don't use juries."
Is that accurate? What about LBR 9015-2? Is what the judge says only
limited to nondischargeability actions?
Sincerely,
