Judicial Notice

Be sure you are not offering the documents for what their contents
say. For example, a court can take judicial notice of the fact
that a Motion was filed on January 1, 2015, but not that the Motion
had a declarant who stated that the debtor stole their cheese grater.
For establishing filed documents, I find it just as easy to attach a
printout of the docket from Pacer and then I put in my Declaration
how I obtained it and that it is a true and correct copy, etc.
